Who We Are And What We Do

First, the word orogen is a geologic term referring to the process and features associated to a mountain building event.

Now that we got that out of the way… Orogen Outfitters started a trailer rental business with a custom built 5×10 squaredrop. Our next trailer was a 5×8  Rugged Sleeper purchased from Tiny Camper Company. Now, we rent and sell camping and overland trailers here in beautiful southern Utah. We specialize in small, low-weight trailers that can be towed easily by most vehicles. All of our trailers weight less than 2,000 lbs so there is no need for a big truck as a tow vehicle. We also sell camping, overlanding and off-roading gear to make it easier to get out and enjoy the outdoors.

It has been a great couple of years planning, testing, renting, and selling trailers and camping equipment. Let us help you get outfitted for your next adventure!
