FAQ HOW DOES IT WORK? 1. Plan what you want to see and where you want to stay. 2. Reserve your camp site or contact us to help you pick out a sweet spot to camp. 3. Reserve your base camp trailer and any additional add-ons. 4. We conveniently transport, deliver and setup the trailer and any rented gear at your chosen campsite.  5. You enjoy your time in the outdoors. ​ ​WHERE SHOULD I GET A CAMPSITE? There are lots a great campsites around the greater Zion and Bryce Canyon areas.  Please take a look at the linked list of potential sites.  NOTE: Campsites book rather quickly so be sure to secure a site before you reserve your base camp trailer. If you would like help planning where to stay and what to see, contact us for assistance. WHAT DOES EACH TRAILER INCLUDE? Queen-sized mattress (trailer cabin) Sheets, pillows, and comforter Shelving to store your clothes and gear LED lighting 12v charging outlets Two (2) camping chairs (+2 with rental of optional roof- top tent) HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE ACCOMODATED? Each base camp trailer can sleep two (2) people comfortably on our queen-sized mattresses.  Also, for an additional per night fee you can add a roof-top tent to accommodate two (2) additional adults. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? ​We allow trip cancellations with a full refund (minus any convenience fees) if canceled at least fifteen (15) days prior to the first day of your reservation; 50% refunds (minus any convenience fees) will be issued if canceled less than fifteen (15) days but more than seven (7) days before the first day of your reservation; and NO refunds will be issued within seven (7) days of the first day of your reservation. ​ CAN I TOW MY OWN TRAILER?  ​Due to liability concerns, we can only deliver the trailers.  Towing of trailers by customers is not allowed.  ​ ​DO YOU ALLOW DOGS?  ​We allow dogs for an extra cleaning fee.  NOTE: Dogs should NOT to be left unattended in vehicles, trailers or in tents.  ​ HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE TRAILER? No less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival you will receive instructions and a code to open a key box containing the keys to the trailer. DO YOU CHARGE A SECURITY OR DAMAGE DEPOSIT? Yes.  We put a hold on your credit card for the deposit amount and release it once the rental trailer and equipment is returned, inspected and found to be in good working order. DO YOU OFFER A RELOCATION SERVICE IF I WANT TO VISIT MORE THAN ONE LOCATION IN A TRIP? Yes!  If you would like to stay in more than one location during one continuous trip we can pick up, move and set up your rented trailer and equipment at the new location (i.e. stay in the Zion NP area first and then move to the Bryce Canyon NP area to wrap up your trip) for an additional transport fee.  All you have to do is contact us and let us know your schedule at booking so we can plan the pickup of your trailer on the desired day and take it to the new location.
